The Betsy Ross Trilogy, Part 2, "Skeleton"

Project Description

The Betsy Ross Trilogy follows the deconstructive transformation of the American flag
from it's current state back to it's alleged creator, Betsy Ross in 1776, through
metaphorical time travel.

The trilogy is comprised of video, photography, and object.

Part 2
The un-sewn threads from an American Flag (part 1) are applied back in the exact
location from where they were un-sewn from, displaying the flag in it's skeletal state.
Seven documentative photographs were taken of the skeletal state and act as autopsy
photos. When exhibited the series of 7 c-prints constitute (part 2).
